Booked a room with terrace overlooking arno. The staff was very attentive providing assistance. Its ideal, very central location was a plus.

It was an AMAZING experience. The venue was charming small and quirky, I truly enjoyed the stay and the location was amazing next to the center of Florence which has more tourists and American college students than one can possibly imagine and main attractions. Terrific service offered in this hotel.

The air-conditioned deluxe king room had comfortable beds. the hotel's location is perfect, very close to the train station and in a beautiful area. It's also just a short distance from Teatro Comunale Florence.

Kind of off the main drag. Room was up a steep flight of stones steps; we had to drag luggage up. Uninspired breakfast. Indifferent staff. Too expensive given lack of niceties and service.

Well-equipped and very nicely furnished rooms with a view. Attentive staff. - Quiet and best possible location just a pleasant stroll away from a terminus railway station.

The location was good, 20 min walk to all main sightseeings. Quite location, no noise from outside. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast room was very lovely (with frescos on the ceiling and nice balcony), quite impressive. The good point was own parking of the hotel. We travelled by car, parking was important for us.

In general , no complains. The air conditioner was not strong enough.

The location is absolutely perfect! It's in the Florence Historic Center district, right next to attractions, restaurants, and the Rail Station. It's in the heart of Florence, bustling with tourists and American college students.

The bathrooms are very new and stylish. The hotel was close enough to all the main sites so that we could walk everywhere. Places suggested by the staff for dinner were all good.

The coffee from the self service machine at breakfast wasn't great; the pillows are very hard! Not sure if wifi was free but think it should be if its not.
